last sunday, our cg, Convent cg went to visit the miriam home. say honestly, i dont really like doing "this type" of work cause.. first, i dont know how to start a conversation*sigh.. second, i fear fir no reason. maybe because i am scared that i will make mistake. haha.. just dont really like lah. but i did it! yay!=P i kept reminding myself that i am doing it for Him and do it with a pure and willing heart. hahah...=D
first, i was like not sure not sure, i asked myself:" har?? really need to talk to them ah?? but, how??" so, i went and join Joy and Elaine. they were talking to a lady. forgot where she came from but she is really friendly. we talked to her like for 10 minutes and then we prayed for her. she really is a nice girl. eventhough she is already in her late 70s*i think.. but her heart is soft.=)
then, after a while, i felt so lost.. walking here and there dont know what to do next.argh.. then, an aunty came to me and Jamie. she told us not to go near the the makan hall cause some of the people were praying. she didnt say it in a nice tone and i didnt feel really good too. but nevermind.. hahahah... then, after a while, she took her sit and i decided to go and talk to her. maybe she is not the "her" that i thought just now. hehe.. so, Jamie and i went and talk to her. we talked and talked and talked and she kept reminding us to study hard hard and obey our parents. then dont know what happened, her tears started to flow down from the eyes. she had lost her family and regreted not doing well in her early years. she is a buddhya and she said something that got to do with that religion lah. but i didnt go and really hear. haha.. i really hope that one day God will touch her heart through her friends and she will find love!! the EVERLASTING love!! according to her, she had just lost her friend. that friend trest her very good and sometimes even give her food to eat. but at that time, she only knew how to receive and didnt have the opportunity to give a portion back to her friend. we prayed for her and we all went bask. yay!!
seeing those aunties and uncles in the miriam home, i now realize what a priviledge is it to have both parents still beside me. guiding me and supporting me always. i really hope that the lost will be found again and the wounded will be healed.=)
